PHYSICAL TESTING LABORATORY
Identification of characteristic
features of fabric structures, including weight per unit area and number of threads, tensile, tear and elongation forces, dimensional change after washing and drying, resistance to pilling and abrasion.
CHEMICAL TESTING LABORATORY
STANDARD TEST METHODS
are as specified by the American Society for Testing and Materials, American Association of Textile Chemists and Colourists.
DATACOLOR TESTING
Used for colour difference measurement. In the CIELAB system, this testing provides measurement in a d/8 geometry, with an observation angle of 10 degrees, in different light sources.
COLOUR MANAGEMENT
With GretagMacbeth Spectralight devices. (Methods of determination of color fastness).
UV-VIS SPECTROPHOTOMETER
This test provides a percentage measurement of infrared reflection (reflectance) values.
